About
Hey! I’m Dumky, analytics engineer. I’ve spent the first half of my working life in web analytics turning Google Tag Manager (GTM) inside out. Nowadays I spend most of my time dusting off old data models and scrubbing ingestion pipelines clean in distributed data platforms. I am the author of The Fundamentals of Analytics Engineering together with some of my colleagues from Xebia Data. The book is a great way to familiarize yourself with the many topics involved in analytics engineering, from extracting and loading data, to governance, data modelling and data quality.
